... more mundanely known as my July [mini] Zalora haul. (⌒_⌒;)


On Tuesday, Zalora had a storewide free shipping event going on, so I popped on over to see if any of my wishlist items were on sale, and also to check on any interesting new items. I spotted five two items (gotta limit my online shopping yo) that I added to cart and just couldn't bear to remove, but luck was on my side because I'd managed to get wind of a code that gave me 21% off all purchases. Checkout, cash-on-delivery, submit order, and the rest, as they say, is history.




My parcel arrived 2 days after I placed my order, which is within the estimated delivery time. Pro tip: If you opt for cash-on-delivery like me, it's best to prepare the exact amount stated in your order. Makes life easier for both you and the delivery guy. ^^;;

I'll start with the small item, which is this set of 3 pairs spiked studs from the Something Borrowed label.

They actually look much better than in the stock photo in the website, so I'm really happy to have grabbed this. Originally RM 20.00, but discounted to RM 12.00, and then an additional 21% off. What's more, it totally matches my favourite white spiked ear studs! Now I can mix and match them. (≧∇≦)

This second item is the one that made me literally squeal in happiness when I opened up the huge Zalora box this afternoon. These black pump wedges by Velvet feature a multicolour (rainbow) espadrille detail heel. Walking on sunshine? Nah, I prefer walking on rainbows. (๑>◡<๑) Just looking at the colourful wedge heels makes me feel so happy. Also, it kinda looks like a pair of black (synthetic) leather pumps sitting atop a rainbow cake. Om nom nom nom.

They were originally RM 69.00, but then discounted to RM 55.00, with an additional 21% off. They're now further discounted to RM 44.00 (WHY T__T) but with limited sizes and amounts left.

I can't wait to wear these pretties out. So far they seem pretty comfortable although there isn't much 'cushion' in the soles, and the wedge heel provides more support than regular pointy heels.


One can never have enough shoes. Waddaya think? ;)
