GEO's latest circle lens range is a cute, quirky and seductive collection of 5 different colours and designs, called the HoliCat series. Thanks to LoveShoppingholics.com, I was able to pick GEOLICA HoliCat Sexy Cat Gray to try out. Let's see how pretty and *coughsexycough* they are, shall we? (≧∇≦)




As usual, LoveShoppingholics' parcels come in the most adorable package ever. There's a sweet little thank you note and a kawaii animal lens case for you to store your lenses. Unlike the usual contact lens vials, the HoliCat lenses are packaged in blister packs within a flat box.

There's a small little hole/window at the back of the box for you to see what the lens looks like. :) There's also the GEO authenticity scratch-off sticker for you to verify that your lenses are genuine GEO Medical lenses.

If the character design on the box seems familiar but you can't put a finger on it, you'll probably be relieved to know that it was designed by Mari Kim 마리킴, a pop graphic artist who also designed 2NE1's album cover and Peripera's makeup packaging. (¬‿¬)

Unlike the previous GEO Grang Grang lenses, these HoliCat lenses are noted as monthly disposable lenses. However, I find that they can still be comfortably worn for another month with proper care and cleaning. (This could also be due to the fact that I don't wear lenses every day, so there's not much wear and tear.)

GEO HoliCat Sexy Grey

The HoliCat Sexy Cat gray lens are described as a 'gray sandwiched with green; a special colour with chic cat's pattern to give you a sexy and delicate look'. Personally, I think it looks pretty much gray, with a distinct black outer ring and a clear middle section to let your natural eye colour show through.

Taken under natural light

Even with a relatively small diameter of 14.5mm, the lens still gives my eyes a noticeable iris-enlargement effect (small eyes FML). I would say it's the type of circle lens that looks obvious in bright light but very natural in dim or shaded lighting conditions. They are very comfortable, as most GEO lenses are, and I can wear them for up to 8-9 hours without needing eye drops. (◕‿◕✿)
