Can you believe this is actually my first ever Benefit product?! I purchased this Benefit Sugarlicious Lip and Cheek Kit more than 2 months back in a spree with Tammy, and I'm really glad I picked this one, because the items in this set are absolutely yummylicious!

The Benefit Sugarlicious set is packaged in a cardbox box, with "Sugarlicious" on the front and product images on the back. The main body of the kit itself is also made from sturdy cardboard with a flip cover, with a list of items and ingredients printed on the back.


Opened up, you will see a handy "Tips and Tricks" leaflet attached to the inside cover. The items in the kit are travel sizes, great for travel or just to try out some of the different products without buying the full-sized ones. They include:

• Benetint Original Rose-tinted Lip and Cheek Stain, 0.13 oz travel size
• High Beam Luminescent Complexion Enhancer, 0.13 oz travel size
• Sugarbomb Sugar Rush Flush face powder, 0.1 oz travel size
• Ultra Plush Lip Gloss in Sugarbomb, 0.22 oz travel size
• Blush brush

Benetint and High Beam

The hype over Benefit's highly recommended Benetint? Completely justified.
I love using it as a lip tint because it gives my lips a very natural pinkish red flush of colour, plus it's really lightweight and smells a bit like roses. 
As for the High Beam highlighter, I really like how it's so easy to blend onto the cheekbones to give a subtle glow. I'm not used to contouring or highlighting, but this one is seriously foolproof to apply. Just a couple of dots on the cheekbones and blend blend blend! :D

Sugarbomb blusher

What can I say? This Sugarbomb blusher is definitely the bomb! The individual colours mix together to form a pretty, glowy blush shade, and can also be used as a highlighter. The blush brush included in the kit is only average; I prefer using my own brush to apply this.

Sugarbomb lip gloss

The Sugarbomb Ultra Plush lip gloss is supposed to be the lip equivalent of their blusher/face powder conterparts, and is probably the main reason why I chose the Sugarlicious Kit. It is a pretty reddish pink shade with shimmer, and smells faintly sweet like some candy (I can't place what candy it is though, lol). The formula of the gloss itself is not too thick or sticky, exactly how I like it. ♥ It lasted about 3-4 hours with minimal eating and drinking.

A quick swatch for your reference. The Sugarbomb lip gloss is not as red as in the swatch above; the real colour is more similar to that in the tube.

Overall, I feel that this lip and cheek kit is value for money, as you get 4 generous travel size products in a handy little set. For an everyday makeup look, you just need this kit, a BB cream and eyeliner/mascara and you're ready to step out the door while looking fabulous! :)
