Phew! I've been swamped with assignments the past couple of weeks, with a final one to hand in next Friday. Anyway, I was at Mid Valley about a week ago to chill out with Carina, and came across the Mickey Mouse exhibition there.
Titled the ‘Mid Valley Megamall Mickey Mouse Through the YEars Project 2012’, the event traces Mickey’s evolution from a black and white animated character to his current vividly coloured iconic status. Celebrities, artists, members of the media, art college students, tenants at the mall and various corporate partners were invited to submit their own creative interpretation of Mickey and the result is a vast display of over 350 colorful expressions of the round-eared, white-gloved character. There were so many Mickeys of all shapes and sizes there! I only took photos of the ones I found interesting though. :D Enjoy!

The event will be held in Mid Valley's Center Court from 24 May until 17 September, so there's still plenty of time for you to go take a look. :)
We had dinner before heading home. I ordered my usual carbonara spaghettini in Delicious, and shared the strawberry chocolate pavlova with my friends. :)

Was there on Friday. Cute Mickeys, but too crowded to enjoy it proper.
Serge: Well, the only difference then and now is the 'railings' around the huge Mickey that's in the middle. Perhaps too many people were sitting on the dias until they had to prevent ppl from sitting there. lol
